Is there a free plan?+
No, but every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can set Onlo up and try it with real customers first.
How do AI credits work?+
Every workspace has one shared credit balance. An AI reply or action uses 1 credit, an email campaign recipient 1, and an AI voice call 10 credits per minute.
What if I run out of credits?+
Buy an AI credit top-up at any time without changing plan. Campaigns have no separate send limit; they only use credits.
How long do you keep conversations?+
1 year on Starter, 2 years on Pro, 3 years on Business, custom on Enterprise. Older conversations, call recordings and transcripts are deleted, but contacts are never deleted. Owners get an email 30 days before, with an option to export.
When should I upgrade?+
Move to Pro when you hire people, want custom approval rules, scheduled campaigns, more numbers or no Onlo branding. Move to Business when you need a bigger team, priority support or longer conversation history.
