These Terms govern your access to and use of Onlo. By signing up or clicking accept, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Onlo provides a cloud-based AI support platform covering inbox management, email campaigns, ticketing, playbook automation and contact management.
Access is limited to authorised team members for internal business purposes. You are responsible for your team's compliance with these terms.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the Service. Vulnerability testing requires written authorisation from Onlo.
Integrations with Slack, Gmail, Stripe and others are optional and governed by those services' own terms. Onlo is not responsible for third-party performance.
Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Keep payment information current. Onlo may suspend access for non-payment.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days.
Onlo owns all rights to the platform and technology. You retain ownership of your User Submissions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Onlo's total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. Onlo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governed by Delaware law. Disputes resolved in Delaware courts. Onlo may update these terms with notice.
