We collect name, job title, company, work email and phone to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your data or share it outside of service delivery, legal compliance, or your explicit authorisation.
When you use our platform we automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, OS and usage behaviour to improve performance and experience.

Your data may be stored in US-based cloud systems. We only share data when necessary for service delivery, legal compliance, or when you authorise it.
Data is processed in the US. We use Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards to ensure GDPR compliance for EEA users.
You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to processing of your data. Email privacy@onlo.ai. We respond within 30 days.
Data is retained for the duration of your subscription and a reasonable period after. Request deletion at privacy@onlo.ai with subject “Data Deletion Request”.
